If you are unsure which option you should choose please call us on 0481 305 333 or email info@renetto.com.au. If you choose the incorrect option Renetto will contact you to advise accordingly.


Shipping

Renetto ships exclusively with Toll Logistics and all orders are insured up to $1,500. Renetto is not responsible for theft or damage once order has been delivered.

After placing your order you will receive two (2) emails. The first email is an order confirmation. Please print and keep this email for future reference. The second email you will receive (within 1 to 5 business days) will contain your Toll tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

During the checkout process you will be given an accurate shipping cost prior to checkout. You may elect to cancel your order if you are not satisfied with the Toll shipping rate.

Renetto does everything in their power to ensure orders are packed and sent same/next day.


Returns

If your Renetto product breaks from normal use and not obvious abuse, within one calendar year, Renetto will replace your product free of charge (buyer pays shipping for replacement chair). In order to ensure honesty and integrity, please keep your proof of purchase in order to verify the 1 year time period and in order to prove your warranty is still in place.

Please send proof of purchase along with your chair. Normal wear and tear does NOT apply. This warranty is for structural defects, such as frame integrity and hardware defect issues.
